From the Writer’s Be aware

A number of years in the past I used to be driving residence at night time throughout the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, California. All of the sudden the lights on the bridge went out. I believed there had been an influence outage. Later I realized that the bridge had gone darkish in honor of Earth Hour. I used to be an on the spot fan and supporter of this motion to acknowledge the power we use. I visited www.earthhour.org to study every part I may about this wonderful occasion. The extra I realized, the extra I needed to encourage others to hitch.

Precisely one 12 months later I went again to the Golden Gate Bridge. When the lights went out at 8:30 sharp, I stood at midnight and made my pledge: “I’ll share this occasion with a million folks,” I stated to myself. That night time, the primary draft of the guide you’re holding was born. Have you ever made an Earth Hour pledge? If that’s the case, thanks; I’m honored that we share this planet. My hope is that we’ll all make a pledge and all share it with the world at www.earthhourthebook.com.

THANK YOU, AND HAPPY EARTH HOUR!
