Товар упакован в картонную коробку. Внутри была ещё одна коробка. Ёмкость для воды в отдельной упаковке (на фото видно, она белая, закреплена сверху). Комплект: пылесос, по паре боковых щёток, щёточка для очистки, ёмкость для влажной уборки и запасная губка для влажной уборки, пульт управления (не комплектуется элементами питания, об этом написано у продавца), база зарядная, адаптер питания, дополнительный фильтр. Прилагается инструкция на английском языке. Я заранее запросила у продавца её на русском языке, прислали без проблем на электронку.
Итак, первые впечатления. Я довольна сухой уборкой. Площадь приблизительно 40 квадратов убиралась 1,5 часа. Ёмкость для пыли и мусора была заполнена на половину примерно, у меня трое домашних животных с круглогодичной линькой. У кого есть домашние питомцы, поймут меня . При этом за день до этого уборка была сделана. Преодолевает пороги примерно в 1,5-2,0 см. Это на подъем.
